The Buoyem Community host the 67th Independence Day Celebration

The 67th Independence Day was held at Buoyem, a community in the Techiman North District on Wednesday 6th March 2024 on theme “OUR DEMOCRACY OUR PRIDE”

Hon. Everson Addo-Donkor (DCE) delivers his speech at the 67th Independence Day Celebration

In a welcome address, the Honourable DCE Everson Addo-Donkor honoured our gallant pupils, security personal and communities in the  district who have over the year’s acknowledge the importance of 6th March parade as a remembrance for our forefathers who fought for independence.

DCE inspects students assembled for the march pass

In the D.C.Es speech, he expresses gratitude to the local leadership for hosting the event and reflects on the significance of Ghana’s independence struggle. He spoke on the theme “Our Democracy Our Pride” and emphasizes the importance of democracy and education in Ghana’s development. He highlights government efforts in education, infrastructure development, and HIV prevention. The speaker concludes by thanking various stakeholders and wishing everyone a happy anniversary celebration.
