On Thursday, April 3, 2025, the Techiman North District Assembly held a special meeting to elect a Presiding Member. The meeting was attended by esteemed guests, including Regional Minister Hon. Francis Owusu Antwi, Regional Coordinating Director, District Police Inspector, Honourable Assembly Members, Nananom, staff, and the media.
Election Outcome
Under the supervision of District Electoral Commissioner, Madam Grace Adzah Sena, Mr. Sampson Damasi was elected unopposed, garnering 100% of the votes from all 35 Assembly members.
