Publicity Team Engages Public on ASTA FM Ahead of National Sanitation Day

July 30, 2025 – The National Sanitation Day publicity team was live on ASTA FM 103.9 yesterday to discuss the upcoming *National Sanitation Day Celebration, scheduled for *August 1, 2025, in Tuobodom.

During the radio segment, the team emphasized the importance of community participation in maintaining a clean and healthy environment. Key topics included:
✔ The role of sanitation in preventing disease
✔ Proper waste management practices
✔ How individuals and organizations can contribute

🗓 Event Details:
📅 Date: Friday, August 1, 2025
⏰ Time: 6:00 AM prompt
📍 Venue: Tuobodom (Main Lorry Station)
🧹 Participants are encouraged to bring their own cleaning tools (brooms, rakes, gloves, etc.)

The team urged all residents, community groups, and stakeholders to join hands in making the exercise a success. A clean environment is a shared responsibility!
