HANDING OVER OF ICT ITEMS TO TUOBODOM PRESBY SCHOOL AND BUOYEM SDA SCHOOL.

On Thursday, 11th July, 2024, the District Chief Executive together with Staff of the Assembly and Ghana Education Service Director presented some I.C.T logistics to two basic schools in the District. The beneficiary schools are Tuobodom Presby school and Buoyem SDA school.

The items is an initiative of the government smart school project aimed to improve education by using technology to enhance the learning experience for students. The goal is to give students the skills and tools they need to succeed in the fourth industrial revolution.

The Smart Class project comes items such as laptops, digital projector, tablets and robotics items to enhance ICT teaching in schools.

On behalf of the teachers the District Director of Education expressed gratitude to the DCE for supporting ICT programs for the schools in the District. In addition, she urged the teachers to handle the items with care and practice maintenance culture.
