Posted on September 11, 2024October 8, 2024 By mis

On Wednesday, September 11, 2024, the District Chief Executive (DCE) undertook a monitoring exercise to evaluate the progress of road reshaping works under the District Road Improvement Project (DRIP) within the district. The DCE specifically visited Aworano, a community that had long expressed concerns about the poor condition of its roads. During the visit, he engaged with residents, explaining the government’s efforts to address these issues through the DRIP initiative. This project is designed to assist Municipal, Metropolitan, and District Assemblies (MMDAs) in improving road networks and enhancing accessibility for communities like Aworano.
