TRAINING FOR SELECTED STAFF OF TECHIMAN NORTH DISTRICT ASSEMBLY: Training for selected staff of Techiman North District Assembly has ended with a call on all to stop sexual harassment especially at the workplace. Lead consultant for the training, Mad Suzan Yemidi took participants through topics including what is sexual harassment, types of sexual harassment and how they do manifest. some strategies to prevent and manage sexual harassment in the MMDAs. The training also focused on how sexual harassment create a hostile environment at the work place and impact productivity negatively. During the training participants was tasked to make presentation to promote hostile free environment and zero tolerance to Sexual harassment at the workplace etc. Some of the suggested key message was to STOP SEXUAL HARRASMENT AT WORK PLACE. picture of the events above
