On a Field tour with the Minister of Agriculture to various parts of the Bono East region.
In the Techiman North District, I led the team as we visited the Akrofrom Christian Mothers Gari processing facility and some selected Planning for Food and Jobs (PFJ) farms.
I was also privileged to represent the Regional Minister in chairing a stakeholder meeting including all District Directors of Agric, input dealers, farmer associations, market Queens, amongst others.
I am highly happy to have been part of this tour, and I must commend farmers and the people of the Techiman North District for their efforts in making the District a food hub.
God bless our gallant farmers and protect them from the coronavirus pandemic.
