As part of the President’s objective of extending sponsorship opportunities nationwide to brilliant but needy Ghanaians, the Techiman North District Assembly conducted a two-day selection interview at the Assembly’s mini-conference room.
The two-day selection interview session was carried out by the District Scholarship Review Committee (DSRC) in the Techiman North District Assembly.
 
The interview which started today is supposed to end tomorrow to select the best from the numerous applications received.
 
The opportunity is for all tertiary students in the district, except for final year students.
 
The Deputy District Coordinating Director for Techiman North, Mr Remigius Tanzagh urged the applicants to comport themselves and also feel free to express themselves during the interview as this opportunity is highly competitive.
 
He concluded that the Assembly received over sixty (60) applications.
 
The scholarship is for one academic year subject to renewal which is based on academic performance and ethical conducts.
