Earlier this afternoon, Hon. Peter Mensah, District Chief Executive of the District, visited the Offuman market square to distribute Personal Protective Equipment’s (PPE’s) to women.<\/p>\n

As part of the preventive measures putting in place by His Excellency, Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo to cap the spread of COVID-19 in the country, especially within the Bono East region.<\/p>\n

During the distribution, 500 pieces of nose masks and hand sanitisers were given to the market women who mostly fall under the less privileged.<\/p>\n

The market women were advised to adhere to all the safety protocols as advised by the government both by the DCE and the NCCE as part of their civic responsibility<\/p>\n\n\n
